About

Kerisa Denison

I am a fashion & style lover and a life-long thrifter as I have been thrifting since being in the womb. I grew up surrounded by art and nature on an organic farm in Kelowna, BC, Canada with two artist-hippy-farmer-musician-entrepreneur parents. We didn't have cable TV or internet and most of my childhood included making art, indulging in imagination and playing dress up with thrift store finds from my mum.

I have travelled and lived around the world from Vancouver, Berlin, London to LA and currently settled in Austin, Texas. I studied fashion at University of the Arts London College of Fashion and did commercial modeling & acting while living in LA for eight years. All of these experiences were the scaffolding that eventually lead me to sourcing, styling and reselling vintage and secondhand.

I believe fashion is more than just clothing you put on your body. It is art, storytelling and a way to connect to yourself and others. Unfortunately the fashion industry is a large polluter but thegood news is there is currently enough clothes on the planet to dress the next six generations. And that's where I come in.

Each piece in my shop has been carefully curated and hand-picked with a focus on versatility and wearability. I want these items to be given a second life and I want my customers and community to feel like their wardrobe reflects their true authenticity.

Thank you for shopping small and sustainably.
